November 19 2010 - Open Source Festival

on Tue, 11/09/2010 - 12:12

10:00 AM - 2:00 PM CS conference room LI-98 on uptown campus

Our student group is planning an Open Source themed event. The plan is to have a combination of hands-on activities with presentations/speakers/demonstrations. Since the ASIS&T student membership consists primarily of students in the information science department, we lack some interests that may be more prevalent in the computer science department and so we are very interested in finding some students from the computer science department that are interested in working on this project as well.
